ProxyStacks Relay

Acceptable Use Policy

These rules protect Relay, its users, upstream model providers, and the people affected by AI-assisted systems.

Effective June 29, 2026

Use Relay lawfully and responsibly

You may not use Relay to create, facilitate, or materially support:

  • illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive practices;
  • malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, destructive code, or evasion of security controls;
  • sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or any sexual content involving minors;
  • credible threats, targeted harassment, instructions for serious physical harm, or extremist violence;
  • unlawful discrimination, privacy violations, doxxing, or processing personal data without a valid basis;
  • high-impact automated decisions in areas such as employment, credit, housing, insurance, legal services, or healthcare without appropriate human review and legal compliance;
  • infringement of intellectual property or other third-party rights;
  • spam, excessive automated traffic, denial-of-service activity, rate-limit evasion, or interference with Relay or a provider.

Provider policies also apply

Requests routed to a third-party model must also comply with that provider’s terms and usage policies. A provider may reject or filter content independently. You may not use Relay to bypass a provider’s safety system, access restrictions, geographic limits, or account controls.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, block a request or key, suspend an account, preserve relevant records, or report activity when reasonably needed to investigate or stop violations, protect users or third parties, or comply with law. We consider context, severity, intent, and recurrence when taking action.

Report abuse

Send suspected abuse to [email protected]. Include a Relay request ID or API key prefix where available, but do not send full API keys, passwords, or payment details.
