Refund Policy

We want billing problems resolved quickly and fairly. This policy explains when Relay subscription payments may be refunded and how to ask.

Effective June 29, 2026

1. First subscription purchase

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid subscription purchase. Because Relay credits are digital and can be used immediately, any credits already consumed may be deducted from the refundable amount. If the included credits have been substantially used, we may decline the request except where law requires otherwise.

2. Renewals

You may request a refund for an accidental renewal within 7 calendar days of the renewal charge if the credits granted by that renewal have not been materially used. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

3. Billing and delivery problems

Duplicate charges, incorrect plan charges, unauthorized payments, or a failure to deliver purchased credits will be investigated promptly. When confirmed, we will correct the account or issue an appropriate full or partial refund.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address connected to your Relay account. Include the purchase date, plan, Creem order or invoice number, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers or passwords.

We aim to acknowledge and respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned through Creem to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

5. Exceptions and statutory rights

We may deny requests involving abuse, fraud, repeated refunds, or usage that violates our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer cancellation, refund, or remedy rights that apply under local law.
