ProxyStacks Relay
Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to ProxyStacks Relay, including the website, dashboard, API gateway, subscriptions, and related services.
Effective June 29, 2026
1. The service
ProxyStacks Relay (“Relay”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a hosted software service for developers. Relay provides API-compatible access to configured AI model providers, API key management, routing, usage records, and credit-based billing.
Relay is an independent developer tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or the owner of any third-party model provider whose services may be available through Relay.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping API keys and login access secure.
- You must promptly revoke a key and contact us if you believe your account or a key has been compromised.
- You may not share, resell, or transfer your account unless we have agreed to it in writing.
3. Subscriptions, credits, and usage charges
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. Each successful purchase or renewal adds the stated amount of service credits to your Relay balance. API calls deduct credits according to the published model rates and the measured token usage for each request.
- Prices are shown in US dollars unless the checkout says otherwise.
- Unused credits roll over while your account remains available; credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Requests pause when your available balance is insufficient.
- Model availability and token rates can change. Current rates are shown on the pricing page or in the product before use.
4. Payment and merchant of record
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as merchant of record and contractual seller for purchases completed through its checkout. Creem handles payment processing, applicable indirect taxes, invoices, and payment-related customer services under its Buyer Terms.
ProxyStacks remains responsible for providing Relay, product support, and resolving product or delivery issues. The descriptor on your payment statement or receipt may reference Creem.
5. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel without contacting support from Dashboard → Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Your cancellation and renewal dates are shown in the customer portal.
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and the usage policies of the model provider serving your request. You may not use Relay to facilitate unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity, or to interfere with Relay, an upstream provider, or another user.
7. Third-party providers and availability
Relay depends on third-party model providers, hosting, network, identity, and payment services. Outputs are generated by third-party models and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially in high-impact or regulated contexts.
We work to keep Relay available, but do not promise uninterrupted service or that every model will remain available. We may change, suspend, or remove a model or feature to address security, provider, legal, or operational requirements.
8. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process account information, API request data, service logs, and payment references. When you select a third-party model, request content must be transmitted to the provider that generates the response.
9. Intellectual property
Relay, its website, and its software are owned by ProxyStacks or its licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service. You retain rights you hold in the content you submit and are responsible for having the rights needed to submit it.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Relay at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service or third parties, comply with law or provider requirements, address non-payment, or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to correct the issue.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Relay is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Relay or third-party model outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version and change the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the product or by email. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
